Yes, our normal size is 2440*1220mm, thickness is 10-21mm.
We can also make customized size, for examples:
2500*1250*18mm for customers from Turkey, Ukraine and Russia;
2400*1200*16.5mm for customer from Australia;
2000*500*18mm for customer from Poland;
3000*1500*18mm for customer from Spain；
2500*610*21mm and 3000*500*21mm for customer from Israel.
For formwork length, there is no limit.
Within 3m length, we cut them using a machine.
Over 3m length, we cut by hand, so there would be some error for length.
For formwork width, normal is 1220mm, with two solid edge.
The maximum width is 1250mm.
Thickness is from 10-21mm.
For other thickness, need to open new mould.
We can make the PP hollow formwork four-sided sealed.
You can use normal hot melt glue to repair. Please look at the video.
If hole is big, we can use the plastic plug to cover it.
